Our small park is exclusively for adults, ensuring a calm and mature atmosphere for a truly relaxing stay. Our pitches come with their own boundary fences with hard standing and separate private grassed garden area.
Modern Amenities
Our pitches are all hard standing with electric included, some with their own water supply. We have toilets and showers, washing up facilities. Laundry (additional cost) available in the kitchen area along with recycling facilities.

Sunnyside Farm Caravan Park is a small caravan park located in the rolling hills of the Kentish countryside. Recently changed to adult only, our park offers hard standing electric pitches, some with their own water supply. We are positioned perfectly between the historic cathedral city of Canterbury and Ashford, with its shopping outlet and train links to London. Additionally, the Port of Dover is just a 20 to 30 minutes' drive away.
