We are a small, family-run caravan park, established in 2012 and lovingly created from what was once an overgrown and forgotten apple orchard, with no water, electricity, or facilities at all. Over the years, with plenty of hard work, determination—and yes, the odd tear—we have gently shaped the land into a peaceful place we are proud to share with guests who appreciate calm surroundings, open space, and the simple beauty of nature.

We truly care about what we offer and are always looking for ways to make your stay even better. Your feedback means a great deal to us, as it helps guide how the park continues to grow and improve.

From our location between Canterbury and Ashford, you can choose to slow things right down and enjoy the far-reaching views across the rolling Chartham Downs, or head out to explore the history, culture, and shops of Canterbury. Ashford is just 20 minutes away, and London makes for an easy and enjoyable day trip if you fancy something a little busier.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome here. For everyone’s comfort, we ask that they are kept on a lead within the park, but they are more than welcome to stretch their legs and run freely in the acres of newly planted vineyards next door.

Whether you’re here to explore the area or simply to unwind, there’s plenty to enjoy. Take a gentle walk along the nearby footpaths and soak up the countryside, or jump on your bike and follow the Viking Cycle Route down to the lovely coastal town of Whitstable.

Nearby, you’ll find a great choice of friendly local pubs and restaurants, along with the much-loved tea rooms in the picturesque village of Chilham—a truly charming spot with a historic castle and classic village square.
